Sergio Villanova Errando is a lawyer specialized in Procedural Law and Arbitration with an extensive experience in appearing before Civil and Criminal Courts and Tribunals in different kinds of proceedings.

As a result of his studies abroad, he is in charge of advising and assisting international clients both in English and French on various matters ranging from general legal advice to specific legal assistance in the Civil and Criminal jurisdiction, as well as in arbitration proceedings, nationally and internationally.

Due to his international vocation, business connections and fluidity in French, he has been appointed immediately after his incorporation as Director of the French Desk of the Firm.

Among others, Sergio is highly qualified in managing the legal direction of very diverse proceedings in matters of:

• Contractual and non-contractual liability;
• Validity, interpretation, termination and resolution of contracts;
• Corporate conflicts;
• Execution of judicial and extrajudicial titles;
• Pure Criminal Law;
• Economic Criminal Law (White Collar Crime);
• Arbitration.

Moreover, he assists in arbitration proceedings before the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce), thanks to his expertise in multiple jurisdictions and procedural rules and his fluidity in both English and French.

Finally, he serves as an Associate Professor in the Law Degree program at Esade Law School.
